Cassidy Group have completed a development of 24 affordable homes on the site of the former Green Man public house for our clients Jephson Housing.

The development consists of 21 x 2 bedroom apartments, 6 of which are used for residents with special needs including a live-in carer, additionaly there are 3 wheelchair adapted 2 bedroom apartments. The development was constructed to Code Level 3 for sustainable homes and delivered with the support of the Homes and Communities Agency through their affordable housing programme.

Jephson Midlands Regional Director, Sue Rowley, said “Although we have worked with Cassidy Group on a number of occasions, this is our first development with Cassidy Group’s contractor, GW Deeley. Our combined building expertise and local knowledge together with professional workmanship has enabled us to deliver quality new homes in time and on budget. Building in partnership with local organisations such as Cassidy Group pays dividends in terms of ploughing investment back into the local economy and increasing awareness of the expertise available locally. There is a huge amount of investment going into the north east of Coventry, and it’s important that this is mirrored elsewhere to ensure residents can share in the increased sense of pride that new homes bring to an area.
